True story that happened to someone two days ago
“I was getting late reaching somewhere so I was driving pretty fast. Suddenly I hear sirens go off behind me and I see the red and blue lights of the police. My heart sank. Great. My break light needed replacing and I knew I was going faster than I should have been. I remembered what Hazoor (aba) mentioned this last Friday regarding Naseem Mehdi sb advocating the power of Darood Sharif had played in his life. I immediately started praying Darood Sharif.
The policeman came to my door, asked for my paperwork, smiled, and said “Get that light of yours fixed and watch your speed. I’ll let you off with a warning.”
Mind you, I live in a state where cops are not normally lenient with tickets. Was pretty unusual. Got to see the power of Darood Sharif when I was caught in a tight place today.”
