Using prayer time calculators you use, prepare a local calendar for the month of Ramadan daily prayer times and times forIftar and sehri
Distribute the daily calendar widely and create local motivational programs to educate members on the importance of Ramadan fasting
Work with you local Missionary to prepare for Dars and Taraweeh. Address importance of Ramadan during a couple of Khutbas ahead of Ramadan
Strengthen your Salat Centers and try to get more people attend congregational prayers during the month
Arrange a Dars on Qur'an daily at the mosque
If your membership is far from the mosque and cannot make it to mosque, arrange for Iftar at the mosque
Also consider broadcasting the Dars so more people in your Jamaat can take advantage, if they are not able to attend in person due to distance or other concerns
Arrange for Taraweeh daily at Mosques and Salat Centers
Identify teenagers who have memorized at least one Juzu' of The Holy Qur'an and encourage them to lead at least one Taraweeh each
